Help fund a livelihood program to improve the lives of underprivileged women and children of Siargao Island, Philippines.
This environmentally conscious program aims to train and equip 120 women with the tools and skillset to sell bags and other fashionable items made with recyclable materials gathered from the sea.
This initiative will simultaneously provide the community with a livelihood opportunity and reduce plastic waste and pollution in the oceans.
Thus empowering this community of warm and friendly people by creating awareness around gender equality and visibility of men and women's contributions to society and teaching responsibility towards environmental preservation.

The Livelihood Program for the Women of Siargao started a very effective basic sewing training with four active participants from Gen. Luna last November 27 to December 1, 2017, held at the LGU Gen. Luna Women Center.
The women were able to upcycle the fabric made of plastic bottles into five different kinds of bag creatively that made them more confident of their sewing skill and design talent. All the bags that they will be producing will be sold to all interested establishments and the gained income will be kept for the women's weekly wages.
