Urgent Hemorrhagic Stroke’s Assistance for 76 Years Old Man

My father who is 76 years old is under hospitalization due to hemorrhagic stroke. He is advised to undergo brain surgery but we don't have the amount to sustain the operation. The amount needed for the operation and subsequent monetary requirements will total to 2 million pesos.
