Provide Clothing for 500 Poor Families in Gaza

The Israeli siege continue to suffocate the Gaza Strip making life unbearable, especially the suffering of poor families who suffer the most from the abject poverty which has led to an increase in the number of poor families in the Gaza Strip. This economic blockade is unprecedented, where unemployment reached record levels exceeding 45%. Poor families have become fully dependent on foreign aid. Hence, it was necessary to speed up the work of something that might help these poor families and bring clothing to them because of their inability to buy decent clothing to help them cope with the cold winter.

Project Summary:

This project is based on the idea of providing clothing for 500 poor families who do not have appropriate clothing to warm them during the winter.

Project Objectives:

• Contribute to helping the poor.
• Provide free clothing to 500 poor families.

Project Justification:

• Parents’ inability to provide sufficient money to cover the clothing fees of their children due to deteriorating economic conditions.
• Mitigate the psychological stress caused by the siege and restrictions.

Targeted group:The most needy families in the Gaza Strip.

Beneficiaries: 500 poor families in the Gaza Strip.
