We are the people of West Bengal, India. We need some money for flooded people.

In four consecutive days of heavy rains, Banavasi is practically a vast area of eastern Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. In Uttar Pradesh alone, at least 63 people have died. A final warning has been issued for two more days of heavy rains in most districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh.

Patna is also inundated with heavy rains since Friday. Three people have died when the wall of a house collapsed in Bhagalpur. Heavy rains in the last two days have disrupted rail and road services in a large part of Bihar. Several trains were also canceled on Sunday. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has held a video conference with officials of all the district administrations in the state on what to do in the face of natural disasters.

Najehal Uttarakhand, Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh also received heavy rains. The death toll from the last two days of torrential rains is also coming from those four states. The death toll from torrential rains in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh is six. One person has died in Jammu and Kashmir.

Terrible situation in Uttar Pradesh. The state received record rainfall on Friday. The rainfall is 1600 percent more than normal. Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad) received 102.2 mm of rainfall on Saturday alone. 74.2 mm in Varanasi.

The death toll from continuous torrential rains in different parts of Uttar Pradesh rose to 26 on Saturday. And 48 people died in heavy rains on Thursday and Friday. All schools and colleges in Amethi, Lucknow and Hardoi have been closed since Friday due to heavy rains.

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has directed all district magistrates and divisional commissioners in the state to take emergency measures. Relief supplies have been called for. According to sources in the Chief Minister's Secretariat, the families of those killed in the torrential rains of the last few days will be compensated at the rate of four lakh rupees per family.

Due to heavy rains in the last two days, the rail and road communication system in Bihar has suffered the most. Schools, colleges, and even hospitals have been closed. As many as 13 trains were canceled in different parts of the state on Sunday morning. The Meteorological Department has forecast heavy rains in Patna till tomorrow. Due to that fear, all schools and colleges in Patna have been closed till Tuesday.

Kumar Ravi, Patna district magistrate, said, "Rajendra Nagar and SK Puri Elakadu are the worst hit by the rains." Water has seeped inside the Nalanda Medical College Hospital.

According to administrative sources, 18 teams of the National Disaster Response Force (NDRF) have already reached the flood-hit areas of Bihar in the last two days of torrential rains.

Three people have died in Rajasthan when a wall of a government school collapsed due to torrential rains. Thobwara in Udaipur. The school has been submerged since Friday.
