Greetings friends,
My name is Yurika, I am from Indonesia. I have been struggling with depression and anxiety since 6 years ago.
I am currently in a very serious condition. Maybe for most people, the problems I am facing are not that severe, but for someone like me, who was struggling hard with my mental health, it not only makes my life situation difficult, but also makes my mental health condition worse.
It is not so easy to opened up about my depression, but I think this is what I should do so that you know the reason why I had to start personal fundraising. So here I am, reaching out to you today with a heartfelt plea to help me.
A while ago my business failed and I was in a debt.. I've tried to get up and tried my best to solve it but I'm still failed.
At the moment, in addition for living expenses, I also have to support my 58-year-old mother. She is a single parent, who has been supporting me until I grew up. As she grows older, she has lost the ability to earn a living due to her low education and health conditions that do not allow her to work. She used to sell nasi uduk (Indonesian speciality, rice cooked witl coconut milk and other spices) and iced drink, she has a high blood pressure, and diabetes. So in addition to supporting her living expenses, I also have to buy medicines every month, especially for my mother's diabetes.
I'm afraid something would happen to my mom. My mom lost a lot of weight during this time, her blood sugar soared but I don't have money to buy her insulin pen or even to takes her to the hospital... To be honest, I only able to provide us with enough food so we won't get hungry.. And it made me feels so desperate.. she fell ill but I couldn't do anything and I'm powerless.. I can only let her rest on the bed, being sick and weak.
I had several severe mental break down during this time, my mental health was interfering with my money-making process. with my conditions, I know I had no ability and even almost immpossible for me to solve this all by myself.
So here I'm trying to reach out to you. I humbly begging you if you could help me and my mom. I wonder if you could give me your kindness, I hope you can consider donating for me. you can also donate directly through my bank account

i saw one of your comments. im truly sorry for your situation. i wish i could do more. please remember, there are so many more people to love so many books to read, so many songs to enjoy and sing to, so many sunrises to watch, so many hugs to give, so many warm baths to take, so many coffees and teas to sip, so many forests to explore and so many bakeries to visit on this earth. there is still something to look forward to, even if you dont feel like it now. this thought has kept me going through the toughest of times and i hope it will give you some warmth. no matter anything, it's going to be ok.
