Helpless treatment application

My uncle is very sick.

I work in Saudi Arabia and im a house driver.My salary is much less.He needs a lot of money for his treatment which I do not have. And they need a house but I'll get so much money.This girl is my cousin.The girl is with my mother on two nights.I do not have the money to read their writings.When I was helpless myself with them.I can not throw them because he is my uncle.I do not understand what this baby futures will be.What I do now ?There is a lot of money needed for medical and home.Their mother was not long before their mother was dead.If you help everybody, then I will be able to treat their home.There is no open way in front of me now.
