Helping out a friend

I'm raising this gofundme campaign for my friend who is currently going through a tough time.She comes from a poor family background and she had recently got into an accident . Thankfully she's not injured nor is her bike damaged . But she was holding a laptop that belongs to her friend's ex's sister's. The guy wants the laptop back and demanded RM 4 k to repair the damage . My friend is now holding the responsibility to pay even though it is not her fault . The girl that is suppose to pay for the damage doesn't want to pay even though the laptop belongs to her ex. My friend is under immense stress and I hope you are able to help out. Rm 4k is a big amount to her and I'm afraid that she might be depressed and suicidal due to this problem .
