Helping my sister

Not very good at english and i guess this isn't a typical fundraiser but i have to atleast try to help my sister.

Im doing this fundraiser for my sister.
She lives with her 4year old daughter that she raise on her own after the boyfriend/the daughter father left her.

She kinda have a job but not really, she jump in when they need help at the retirement (she help old people).
As she don't get much work she dont earn that much and now she and the father is going to court as he wants exclusive right of the daughter. He is just doing this to hurt her, he is mentaly ill and don't care that much for his daughter. He is just doing this to hurt and because he think it's fun, he have done this before to his last girlfriend that he also have a child with.

So now she have both money problem and problem with the father.
She have called me many times and just cried because she don't know what to do. I have a job but i can't afford to give her alot of money as i have my own family.
