Helping my friend

I just wanna help my childhood friend (until now he's my friend). His name is Godwin Arku half Filipino , half African. He lives in our lot but it was too small and uncomfortable for them but they don't have choice because of their financial condition. They live with unstable finances because his mother is too old to work and his father was in Greece but his father has another family in Greece. His father only sends 100 euros or 5000 pesos once a month (sometimes not ) which is very little. I am very concerned about their family that's why I'm raising this charity for them to live in a comfortable way. This is not a scam . I just wanna help him and I hope you can help my friend also.
