Subject: Charity Letter
Dear all,
I am Naveed, and I am doing Job in sales . I am a part of helping locals which works for the welfare of physically challenged children. The organization has planned on organizing a fundraiser . It would help us generate the funds necessary to get the children the equipment and materials which they cannot afford.
Thus, we are making a humble request to you to donate items for the auction which is to be held during the fundraiser. It would be extremely helpful to us. Hence, this is a sincere plea to you to help us as much as possible.
