Hello I'm Sarah please help me get funds for my sons medication ... He is only 2yrs old... He's name is joaquin... He has Micro cephaly..Myclonic epelepsy and Globally mentally delayed. He is blind .. He can't do anything like walk..talk..sit or stand .. We need funds for all of he's checkup.. He also need to had series of therapy... Pls help us .. Pls help my son.
