Helping Girl Children Return To School

Dear friends, colleagues and well-wishers.

Evans is facing the hardest moments of his life having his poultry business suffer a number of setbacks.

This is the business that sustains the well-being of his lovely family and his employees which includes paying of tuition fees for the school going kids namely Natasha, Mapalo, Hadassah and Petros, three girls and one boy.

Natasha is pursuing a career as a pilot in East Africa whilst Mapalo and Hadassah are pursuing their senior and junior high school education and Petros his primary school education.

Due to an outbreak of diseases, substantial amount of working capital was lost thereby affecting profits. This disaster only left the family, paltry income and termed as hand-to-mouth.

Schools have since reopened for the 2022 first term and the kids doing their high and primary education are still at home due to lack of finances for their tuition fees. The schools demand at least 50% down payment before they could be allowed to start attending classes.

The two girls, Mapalo and Hadassah are in examination classes writing final senior and junior high school exams respectively. To continue being at home will have some effects on their academic performance which mighty in turn affect their overall performance.

As for the pilot student, lack enough aviation fees were paid in advance for her Private Pilot Licence (PPL) except for her accommodation and monthly upkeep which is done three months upfront. This payment is due by 05/02/22 as the one currently running comes to an end this month end, 31/05/22. They are given 5 days grace period, hence the due date is on 05/02/22.

Natasha is also due to sit for her final exam as a PPL student by the end of next month, February. Not being able to pay for her accommodation and upkeep will not only disturb her to write her exams but also leave her stranded in a foreign nation and, this is a worry for every parent to expose a girl child to uncertainties.

We will greatly appreciate any amount donated towards the total amount of $2,056 for the three girl children and their little brother.
