Helping children in South Africa

My name is Tiffany Minett and my partners name is Brad Mackay, we are participating in an educator volunteer program  through global volunteer network. GVN is an organization witch places people in a range of opportunities such as teaching or enviromental work in a number of countries. We will be working with a local organization in South Africa, helping children in need starting in February 2013.  The goal of volunteering in South Africa is to offer underprivileged children a future. We hope to provide children with the basic necessities of life- love, food, clothing and shelter- and also provide them with an education, so they can advance towards the same opportunities as their peers around the world. During our placement we will be working with children at an orphanage. In order to complete this assignment we will be using our pesonal savings and we have been working hard to raise the funds needed to take up this opportunity to help others, if you can help support us by donating funds or give us a chance to do a fundraiser it would be great help.
