Helping a student for his tuition due to his parents abandoning him

Hi, this is my first campaign and a bit reluctant to use this due to some uncertainties, but I want to help my cousin really badly who is a 8th grader. His grades are good and his active, and currently in top of his class. Both of us grew together with our grandma and aunt since we are little.

A sudden problem arise in our family. my uncle became violent towards us, (drug addict). We contacted the barangay captain on that time to help us... not only did he NOT lock him up for his violence but the captain is being biased (knowing because we don't know the laws in our circumstances) which he gladly took it as an advantage against us and to my grandma.

We ended up needing to leave home for a while to get away from our uncle who is a violent drug addict and seek help from others. While we are away, the barangay captain (ex-drug addict as he self proclaimed) on that time help him trespassed in our home. They destroy the door and such even though knowing that my grandmother is the one who owns the land and house.

We asked a lot of people for help (the new barangay captain, mayor, and even the police etc... but 8 months passed and still no result. and on that time my cousin's parents left their responsibility, cutting of my cousin's allowance without saying anything. it was probably because my uncle (drug addict had said something to my cousin's father so he ended up being allied with him)

being the only one who can provide, I ended up not only providing the rent, bills and necessities for my family but also now the tuition fee and other miscellaneous items/projects needed for his school which is heavy to me as I am only an average worker.

I'm really seeking for help for my cousin's schooling and hoping in your kind hearts to help us.
