Helping a friend get funds for Kidney Transplant

I would like to say thank you for sharing my post and for the people who donated. Still a long way for us. Malaki laki pa po ang need natin.

Sa mga mas preferred po mag donate through bank. Maari po kayong mag donate sa BPI (Bank of the Philippine Island) ko. Kailangan pa po gawan ng bank account si Yuki or ang gf niya. Pero iipunin po natin lahat para sa kanya.

First.. I would like to thank you for finding time in opening this campaign and hoping you will read until end. (Sorry for the lengthy post)

We are aiming to get funds for a Kidney transplant for Yuki.

Yuki is my classmate from Elementary until High school and I believe 10 years of being together in school (5 days a week / 8 hours daily) will make you know the person well. This is something I am happy to share with you all.

Yuki is the most energetic and naughty student in our class. The whole school knows about it and there’s no parents from our class who doesn’t know him, since he loves visiting classmates’ home from time to time, just to say “hi”.

He is the number one headache of our teachers but definitely someone who makes them laugh a lot and also the most frequent visitor in our Principal’s office. :)

Most of my description seems a bit silly but if I were to be honest, Yuki is someone whom I feel, have been one the best part of my school days. He is very difficult to handle (me, as the class president) and yet I didn’t find it a bad thing. He grew up with relatives since his parents are not in the Philippines, then I realized, he was just lonely boy who wants attention.

He never excel in school and always make a mess. Seems he don’t care at all, but he actually does. If there’s one person that he is scared of, that will be his grandfather. He always listen to him and wants him to be proud of him. He even ask me if I can give him few pointers and help him review for exams. We graduated high school together (Batch 2007).

He struggled but strived harder and harder in life. Yuki grew up from being a naughty boy to an independent good man and a loving boyfriend to Aisanel.

Then last October, his family posted in Facebook that he’s in hospital. I wished him well and he just said thank you. He never asked any sort of help.

Sadly, today (March), I saw another picture. He is not keeping well. From a muscular guy to a thin and weak person. Then I approached him again and found out that he is undergoing dialysis twice a week and needs to get Kidney transplant as soon as possible.

Yuki for the first time is asking for help. He told me, he wants to LIVE and needs money for the Kidney transplant.

Dialysis cost is more than 7k php per week and he has been doing it for long time now. Coming in and out of the hospital. Now, he needs 300k php for a Kidney transplant.

I am hoping through this campaign, we can help my friend / my classmate to LIVE.
