In the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bicol was even hit and suffered devastation and casualties because of the Super Typhoon Rolly. A lot of my relatives, friends, and agency partners lost their homes and properties. In Bicol dialect,"tabang" means help. Let us offer our acts of kindness and generosity by sharing what we have to them.
