Help! me to pay my Loan. Urgently please!!!!

Hi!
As you know my name is Adeel Hashmi, and i m from Pakistan, Nowadays i m Doing Job Here as a Technician / Installer of Solar System here in Dubai, But My Salary is Very Low, its About 1600AED (Approx 412$ / Month), in this Salary i have to pay my Room Rent here in Dubai (90$ Approx) and my Food/Meal Expenses (80$ / Monthly), Yet i have to send (200$ / Monthly) to my Family, i Have 3 children (2 boys Twin of Age 2y & 1 baby girl of Age 4y) and of course my wife too. they all are in my Home Country (Pakistan).
The Problem is i Have to Pay Some Loan in my Country, The Story is I had Purchased some Solar Panels from a Shop Keeper on Credit and he Trusted me and Give the Goods of Worth 5000$ USD, For the Provision and Installation to a Online Costumer

That Costumer was a Fraud, I Delivered Goods to His Address and Then Next Day i found no one there at his place, and the House Owner Told me he was on rent, and yesterday night he shifted his all goods and house hold items with him to another City,

I reported to the police but its useless. They Hadn't find him yet, And Now i m in Serious Trouble, and I have to pay all the dues to the Electronics shopkeeper, and now it is almost 2 Months past, and they are threatening my family there,

I Seriously Need HELP!!!! PLEASE HELP ME!
