Brave Uzbek lady driving a taxi to pay for cancer treatment & grandson

Zukhro Esanova is an amazing Uzbek lady living in Dubai who has had multiple cancer treatments back home in Uzbekistan that she is trying to repay through working day and night as a pink taxi (taxi for ladies) driver. I met her when I took a cab from the airport to go back home after midnight and she greeted me with this big smile and beaming eyes. She wore a beautiful pink bandana to cover her head as she had chemotherapy and she recounted to me her life story. Her husband had died some years ago and she came to Dubai to look for work. Shortly after she was diagnosed with cancer and had to return to Uzbekistan for operations and therapy. She then came back to Dubai to work as a pink taxi driver and her daughter who got divorced and had a son came to live with her in Dubai. Her daughter has not found a job yet and Zukhro is supporting her daughter, her grandson and repaying her cancer treatment operations. She told me there were days her grandson would ask for a new toy or some chocolates and she would have to tell him to wait for a a few weeks until she had enough money. Her story really broke my heart and in a country and world where many of us take the little things like having a decent meal or buying chocolates for our kids for granted, surely we can do something to help a warm, sweet and extremely brave and hardworking lady.
