Help with accumulated debt

I need help to pay off my accumulated debt created from the 8+ years of financial instability here in Greece. We are a family of 5 with 3 young boys. Since 2010 I've been on and off jobs with very little income. Now my wife and I have stable jobs but I need help yo pay back friends and family that have supported us these years. Also pay past tax and electric debt that it's hard for me to pay back. Banks do not give out loans anymore. I'm a hard worker but in desperate need for help. Thank you.
