Help Volodya!

Please, help Volodya! Galimov Vladimir Andreevich (Volodya is short name in Russian) is 17 years old. He was born in small village in Slavyansk area of Krasnodar region, Russia. His mother alcoholic spilled on him boiling water when he was 7. 70 % of his body was burned including face, neck, torso, arms, legs. Doctors tried to save him and did not care about esthetic effect living behind terrifing scars that cause pain in any phycical activity because skin was sewn too tight. Morever, during blood transfusions in the hospital that followed skin repair surgeries he was infected with hepatatis C. This viral infection is lethal and require constant liver support medications. Volodya was treated while he stayed in orphanage of Sovkhozniy village Slavyansk area after his mother died soon from overdose. But russian law is requiring treatment only until child leaves orphanage- 18 years old that is going to happen this summer. After Volodya is going to be on his own left to die. Treatment in Russia is expensive and there is no work insurance like its on the west. Skin surgeries to remove scars are not covered either and considered as plastic surgeries even when scars are 5 cm thick and caused suffering during his growing up stretching skin and cause bleeding. Two years ago russian govenment forbade adoption to US and made kids like Volodya political hostages who are left by their parents, made sick by health system and betrayed by government. What was the fault of the kid that he is supposed to suffer the rest of his life? Why to let him die? The only person who stood up to the law of adoption and to law that all health coverage finishes by 18 years old was teatcher of orphanage who is now trying to reach to the world and let know what is going on and save Volodya and other kids like him. As a result she is under pressure from the system, she had to quite job and facing threads everyday from people who works in the social system and are supposed to help orphanes. But she has a friends in countries where you can speak up against injustice. We're collecting money for a year of liver support hepatatis C treatment and for redusing of keloidal scars on his face and body. Please, help us. Russian orphans are kids too and are not to be punished for adults mistakes and cruelty.
