Help villagers get clean drinking water

I want to ensure that the village my grandmother and mother belonged to gets clean drinking water. So I want to install a water filtration plant that is powered by solar energy. The population of the village is about 3000. That would require a water Filtration plant costing roughly $5000. $1400 is for the solar panels and the batteries. $300 is needed for the building that will cover the plant.
