Help Usman get his driving license

My name is Usman Javed. I am 24 years old, currently living on the island of Lesvos, Greece since I have left my home country Pakistan three years ago. My asylum got approved in Europe. After I got my asylum card one year ago, I am looking for a job in Greece to sustain myself independently from any governmental support or other financial dependency.

I would like to work in an humanitarian organization as a translator and/or cultural mediator in Greece. On most job offers I need an European driving license, which I do not hold at this moment. Also on longer-term I need to be able to drive, in case of emergencies and to be eligible for an independent life in Europe.

The test for the theory, the praxis test (including the government taxes) cost 950 EUR in a driving school in Mitilini, Lesvos, where I currently live.

To get a driving license would open me the chances for more job opportunities and to finally become financially independent and to be in control of my own life.

At the moment I receive a financial support of 90 EUR from UNHCR, which allows me to cover my basic needs. But anything further is out of the picture until I get a job.
