Help Sobhi and his family Escape the Genocide

Hello, In the midst of the genocide war raging on the city of Gaza, I come to shed light on what we are experiencing in this inflamed quagmire.

My name is Sobhi Skaik,a 56 years old. My family consists of my wife and my daughter, who graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Al-Azhar University in Gaza, and her sister who is studying Software Engineering at Al-Azhar University in her second year. I also have a son with special needs, another son who is studying in the General Secondary Education , and my youngest daughter who is in the sixth grade.

We are a family from Gaza consisting of 7 individuals.

We have suffered and continue to suffer from tragic and difficult circumstances that no human can endure—displacement, hunger, and losing everything we own.

What hurts my heart the most is my son with special needs; I've noticed his mental state deteriorating as the days pass, with the conditions around us becoming increasingly unbearable. We had adapted to a certain way of life, and suddenly everything changed completely.

We are a humble family living in Gaza City. We used to live a peaceful life in our home in Gaza City until the dark shadows of war began, shattering everything in their path, leaving behind shattered dreams and torn hearts. Seven months ago, we were forced to flee to the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip due to the horror and terror of the ongoing war that continues to engulf the Gaza Strip. We have suffered and continue to suffer from the horrors of war and displacement, experiencing shortages and loss of the most basic necessities of life such as safety, health, education, and livelihood. We sleep and wake up to the sounds of shelling and the fear we face every minute within the Gaza Strip.

The horrors, fears, and terror that plague everyone living in the Gaza Strip are beyond comprehension or realization. Likewise, the extent of the destruction that buildings, facilities, and infrastructure have suffered is almost beyond the comprehension of any rational person.

I never imagined that I would be in this situation one day, but out of fear for my family, my sons, and daughters, I am compelled to write to you to ask for your help and assistance in getting us out of the fire and terror of this destructive war.
