Help us save Mom’s life

Our mother Princess Quicho hasn’t been herself for the last 3 months. She has been in and out of the hospital due to acute respiratory failure as one of the complications of her ESRD. For those who doesn't know, my mom is battling End Stage Renal Disease (kidney failure) since 2013. She is a true "kidney warrior" and kept fighting and surviving her illness. Countless needle cannulations for hemodialysis, 3 thoracentesis, sepsis, recurrent pneumonia, multiple vascular surgeries, ER admissions, failed attempts to have Kidney transplant, pain, numerous blood transfusions, CT scans, xrays, laboratory works, 4 intubations, tracheostomy and a lot more. All these were endured by my mom, she adapted to these routines.

My mom and the whole family did'nt gave up. We knew back then that our mom needed us, and there is no other way but to move forward.

I quit my job after working as an OFW to be hands-on in taking care of her. My father worked hard to sustain my mother's medical expenses. My sister from the start gave up almost everthing to take care and attend my mother’s needs. It is not easy, it is never easy to have a dialysis patient family member. It requires a lot of sacrifices, selfless love, and care. Praise to God for helping us since day one.

So, with all humility... We ask for your help. There’s no not doing everything we can for our sweet and loving mother. Hospital bill is already hitting 1 million excluding PF of the doctors. Sadly, we are still paying the debts acquired from her previous hospitalization last Aug and Sept.

Anything extra will go a long way towards ensuring the best care we can offer our mother. No amount is big or small, everything helps. And we vow to pay it forward in the future.
