Daddy Dante has been a very good in-law. My wife, who is helping the fight against Covid-19 as pharmacist, is his only child. I moved in to their house when we got married. He makes sure that food is prepared whenever I get home from work. He taught me how to drive. He makes sure that me and my wife are always well.

Daddy Dante is diabetic. Early this year we noticed a sudden decline in his cheerfulness and his overall health. On March 3 this year, we had to rush him to the hospital as I was not able to wake him up. He was diagnosed with Sepsis and had infection in his urinary tract. We stayed in the hospital for ten days and got discharged. Three days after we had to rush him back. The doctors said that he has sepsis and pneumonia. We was intubated for a week and as of writing the doctors are observing his condition to see if intubation is needed again. He has been in different cycles of antibiotics. Throughout our stay in the hospital his condition is like a roller coaster ride - he'll be better for a few days, crash and slowly recover.

The hospital bill has been piling up and our salaries are barely enough for his medicines. Given the Covid 19 situation, it has been very challenging seeking help from family and friends.
