Help us raise funds for Major Surgery

Hi! My name is Jeia and I am the youngest daughter of Jove Jumalon.

Recently, my mom was recommended to have an MRI to assess the severity of the damage to her spine because she has suffered with back pain for a long time and her medications aren't working as well as they used to. As a result of the tests, she was advised to have Transforaminal Lumbar Interbody Fusion (TLIF) as soon as possible, which would really cost a lot of money.

In spite of the fact that my mother is covered by my health insurance, the limitations do not allow me to cover most of the expenses, especially the titanium implant 4th generation necessary for the surgery. According to our surgeon, the materials alone would cost Php 220k excluding other hospital costs.

Last March 14, 2023, my mom resigned from the job she loved due to relapse of her mental health (diagnosed with Major Depressive Disorder and General Anxiety Disorder). Consequently, there were months when her PhilHealth payment was not made, but we are still trying to find another way to pay for her medical care.

As a family, we are looking for any assistance we can get to raise funds to cover surgery and other hospital expenses.
