Help us pay debt from hospital bills and for medical maintenance

I am Jayrald Labrado, 23 years old from Philippines. I am writing and asking for help because we really don't know what to do. I am currently studying in college but I stopped because we have no money to continue all the expenses in school because there is some unexpected tragedy happened in my family.

My dad had a thoracoscopy /pleural lung biopsy . We have a lot of debts now and we don't know what to do to survive. He is getting better now but the debts that we have now because of the surgery and medicines make our lives put in hell now. We don't know how to pay all the debts. Please help us. Unlike other country like UK, you can have free medicines and you can get hospital assistance from the government. Here in the Philippines, even you are poor, you pay everything and you can't get out of the hospital unless you pay all the bills. I can even send you proof of billing. I am not lying. We just don't know what to do. We nearly lost everything. One in our family may put into jail because of our debts. We don't have enough money to pay all the bills and to pay the maintenance of his medicines. We badly need help. Please help us...
