Help us Neuter and feed stray cats and kittens

We are 2 sisters from Oman, we live in the suburbs where there are no vets around. The nearest vet clinic is 1 hour drive.. We have many cats and kittens under our care.. some of them have been diagnosed with Feline leukemia and one with FIV. we have 5 cats that need neutering/spaying. both of us are not working and the expenses/bills keeps piling up. we are spending all of our savings on the little ones but we are running out. Please help us pay the bills for the food and neutering the cats. One of the cats got badly burned because she hid her kittens in a pile of leaves that were meant to be burned. The man who burned did not check if there are kittens or not and just burned it.... the poor cat went into the flame to save the kitten but they all died . now that cat is pregnant again because we don't have enough money to spay her..
