Hello my name is Samantha Cooper-Higgins.
My Friend Margaret Haretuku and I are two chefs that are wanting to make the next step in our careers.
We have recently graduated NZMA culinary arts and are now moving towards owning and operating a food truck, with our own special twist on traditional food.
We have tried all other avenues to gather money but haven't succeeded.
