Help us keep our (healthy)bussiness

We are a small bussiness with 4 empoyes and until now we worked well.All our loans,taxes and ofcourse workers are paid on time.Unfortunately Local goverment has changed in one night the requirements to keep our company working.Unfortunately we have invest all our money at the start of year(cars,employes,office) and we can not get another loan so now we are in need of 5000E to transform the licence to the one required so we can keep working.
