Campaign Story
Our lives took a drastic turn since September of 2018, as we gradually discovered the sickness that my husband will soon fight with dread... It started when he got back home to the Philippines, after working in Singapore for almost 10 years. He had fever that lasted for almost a week which led him to come home to rest. He took that chance to spend time with our baby. He went for checkups and took laboratory tests only to discover that he has extremely high white blood cell count. He was referred to a hematologist after that. Four months later, the doctors finally had the diagnosis and January of this year, they told us that he has Acute Myelogenous Leukemia.
We were advised by his doctor that he should undergo chemotherapy sessions which at this time are finished. The next procedure he's proposing is a bone marrow transplant.
We are knocking on your good heart to help us with our financial needs. We are financially struggling because we have already exhausted all our money and efforts..
He is a generous and supportive brother to his siblings, a loving son to his parents, and a responsible father and husband to me and our daughter. We are hoping that you will help us, any amount will be highly appreciated.
We also ask you to please include him in your prayers.
Thank you so much.
