Over the period between 2018 to 2020 out landlors breached our commercial lease 6 times in the result of commercial sabotage which in the end resulted in us losing our $120,000 business where our life savings was all gone. This has left us with nothing but to start again with massive debt with so many business's. They planned to release the building while we were still in it. There was a relationship breakdown and they then had a vendetta to get us out. We are taking them to court but have no money to fight them so at present are representing them ourselves. We need legal representation. We need help. We know so many other NZ business's are suffering the same and Landlords are getting away with it. We want the NZ legal system changed and made fair so that NZ Families don't suffer.
