Help us bring home our Little Angel

A God's gift given to us was born on May 21st of 2018, we named him Matteo Jose. Named after a christian name that means "God's Gift". Sad to say but he was a little too early as he was supposed to be out on this Earth on July 17th of 2018. Yes, he is born premature. 31weeks old only and could not barely breathe on his own. He needed to be intubated in order for him to grow a little more as he was born so little. His lungs were not fully developed and matures enough and didn't know to function well. He was also diagnosed with Pectus Excavatum, A rare case where his ribs are pressed over his lungs thats whg his breaths are so deep and is striving to breathe in air and breathe it out. He also needed to be under antibiotiocs thru IV because he is premature. He also had to be under billilight as he was getting yellowish as well. He also had to be fed under a tube directly to his stomach because if he tries to be fed directly on latching my breast, he could no longer breathe properly. All these and more.

My husband and I prayed for this little angel for 6months last year. And God had answered our prayers to have our little offspring. But seeing him under this condition breaks our hearts. I cried every night after I see him under these tubes, IV, and having all those paraphernalias. He is so tiny to be experiencing this things.

Currently he is now 24 days in the hospital and is already ready to be taken home. My husband and I could no longer afford to pay more bills as my own bills on giving birth had cost me 77,000php and his bill now is at 240,000php. Total hospital bill is 317,000php

We only have left of 120,000php to pay more in order for us to bring him home. He is still currently in the care of Premier Medical Center here in Parañaque. I really wouldnt have gave birth to a private hospital because we really couldnt afford to be at one since my husband is a grab driver and me as a housewife. We also had expected to give birth full term at a public hospital with no complications. Given this circumstances, we are so devastated but our Son, Matteo Jose had fought hard, he wanted to live.

We really want our Son to be home really soon as it really breaks our heart not being with him for 24 days now. He will soon be a month old on the 21st and truly it breaks our hearts even more.
