It is the mission of our company to provide complete import/export brokerage services including purchase contracts, shipping, warehousing, and delivery scheduling. The company will concentrate on export from Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, and Singapore, China and India. Imports to Thailand, India, china and Indonesia. Our company also plans to start a cosmetic store in Thailand.
The company has its main office will be in Ayutthaya, Thailand. The company expects to begin offering its services in May 2016.
Our Company offers complete import/export brokerage services, logistic services and cosmetic services this includes the following:

Our Company will be concentrating on servicing three types of trading clients, Importers, manufacturers and distributers and we expect profitability in first year of operation.
The Cosmetic store will be a retail store and later will focus on wholesale too.

Our company will register with cosmetic store address and use office and shop in one building.

We intends to use our personal contacts to establish our business community and all partners should be involved in the operation and business to make our company succeed.
We does not have any significant direct costs of import and export, what we do only communicate between buyer and seller.
And we use resources such as Department of international trade promotion, ministry of commerce Thailand, B2B websites, Online Forums and Especially our own website for marketing.
We charge a Commission/Service Charge/Profit Margin to our clients based on total value of goods or services. We are assuming 100% sales on advance payment or payment before delivery as per international trading terms.
Conclusion: We are developing a good business firm with a long term business plan, we will fully focus on expanding our company to a huge business group.
