Help to start chain reaction

Hello everyone,

My name is Paulius Vitonis, I'm a 25 year old guy from Lithuania, living in Kaunas - the past temporary capital of Lithuania and very beautiful and lovely city. I was born in a small resort city Druskininkai and 18 years of my life I spent here. Yes you see it right SPENT. This just needed to change...

For a past 5 years I moved a lot of places. Studied land transport engineering in Vilnius. Went to make money in Belgium. Visited France, Germany, Poland, Latvia. Now end up working in Kaunas fixing Boeing 737-800 airplanes. Which I was thinking of being impossible choice for me in a near past.

But while doing all of this I always felt like something is wrong all the time. I was always feeling like I'm being used by someone. I was constantly hearing a voice within me telling that I have to start my own business, work for myself, let my knowledge earn me living. I spend a long days and nights learning about structure of cars, fixing them, watching all the videos and reading all the books. Why should I give all this for such a small amount of money? While other person makes a lot of money from it. I said that's enough of this to my self.

By that day my life has never been the same any more. Everyday as I wake up, this thought would not leave my mind. But it was not enough for some reason. I knew it has to be different, I knew I have to do something different, but what? I was unable to realize what I have to do. So I started my research. For about 1 year after that it took me to get all the information of how to think, how to act, how to not get stuck in your mind only.

On this summer me and my friend Mindaugas was sitting nearby the beautiful river Nemunas in Kaunas city. We were discussing about what can we do to change our lives. How can we live better? How can be more happy each and every day. We both love car, we like to watch to them, drive them, all the guys does yes? What we also have to offer to people, we like to fix them. And by that day everything started to move. We decided that we need to get ourselves a place in which we could do what we like to do and make money from this. It was a start of building a dream.

What we have now? We rented a garage with large basement below it. We have 2000€ in our pockets for basic equipment. And we are rebuilding that garage to be more cozy and cleaner, because we are going to spend here quite a bit of our time.

What is our vision? We see the struggle of youth in Lithuania and all the countries to build their own business. We don't want them to waste their talent and listen all the lies from employers which pay them a joke amount of money. We are filming and taking notes of all our project. And what we will do, we will show every one that it's possible to monetize the knowledge that you have NOW, not in some imaginary future, not when you finish this and that. Not when someone tells you. But by them time you start and move yourself to your dreams.

What we are asking for is to help our dream to become true, so we can help others to do so. We need additional funding so we could buy equipment for wheel alignment, and a diagnostic computer with oscilloscope for accurate diagnostics, which is critical for nowadays cars filled with all digital stuff. For now it's to expensive to us to buy it from our daily jobs even working 60 hours a week.

We commit ourselves to teach and help everyone who will show their desire to start their own business, especially if it's automotive one.
