Help to do something for people

Everybody have some dream. i have also dream to help the homeless people, the children who are suffering from diseases but there parents have no ability to do something for their treatment, the children who needs support for their food, education. I am trying to do something for these people but unfortunately i can not do anything. if you help me than i can do something. I beleive i could fulfill my dream.
