He has been suffering acute anxiety disorder with panic disorder for 10 years .Can't talk ,hyperventilation,, trembling,, restlessness occcuer persitantly.
He needs food ,cloths ,medicine and proper treatment. Plz help him .Give him back his life by your little bit help.
