Help this disabled man to leave out this highly risky job

Mr. Harunur Rashid. He is a staff (healper) of a bus. He is permanently health disabled. But he is continuing this type of highly risky job because of he has 3 children, wife, father & mother in his family. He is the only earning person in his family. He said if he get another opportunity to leave out this type of risky job, then his family can survive. He need a figure of amount $5,000 to build up a small business where has not high risk for like him man. Please raise your hand to help him to service him with a risk less job.
