Help these children in India to get educated and get ahead in life

We are from the state of Maharashtra, India. There are many backward villages that exist in the area. Those villages are very isolated from the city. In these villages small schools and children's ashrams are run there by local volunteers and trusts.They try to provide support and education to farmer’s children, poor and orphan children from around villages. Many students study in these schools. These schools and ashrams are run on government funds, but government funds are low for their implementation and daily academic needs. So we, the Helping volunteers Group, are trying to make a small contribution to their help.

We do visit such schools and ashrams, and meet with teachers and students.Then make a list of things to be used in the academic year, such as notebooks, pen pencil boxes, color boxes, school bags, clothes, self cleaning accessories etc. . After that we start the preparation. Among friends and volunteers, we solicit funds.

We distribute this articles on occasion of freedom day and Republic day. They also arrange a welcome program for us, we all together celebrate this with flag hosting followed by other programs.

But due to small networks and less connectivity, we can only help a limited amount.
