Please help me.

I am suffering for brain struck .

I am only 37 when i was struck with a full blown stroke that's why i paralyzed on the right side of the body on the 1st January 2017. I am also the sole-breadwinner to a family of 5.I have 1 kid with the youngest is at 3 year's old,My wife is a homemaker and also an elderly loving mum.She lives with me.She also suffering for brain tumor about 4 year's.

I needed funds to support my family and the treatment of my condition.
