HELP THE DAYCARE & PRE-SCHOOL FROM BEING SHUTDOWN

Better Tomorrow daycare & pre-school is led by an incredibly strong and inspiring woman. Director Lucy started the school with only one child for two years, Better Tomorrow has blossomed to nearly 30 pupils. She runs the school with the help of two teachers, Joyce and Mary. Through their passion for teaching, they have created a positive and supportive learning environment for kids aged from 0 years to 5 years. From the very first day, we’ve been constantly amazed by their ability to have created such a wonderful center solely based upon their willingness to teach and care for the little stars.

The Director, Ms. Lucy was a single mother of one beautiful daughter ( may her soul rest in peace). Due to her dedication and passion to the children, she has shaped a curriculum enhancing the pupils' ability to learn in the most effective way, creating an environment of love, support, and positivity that is present within the foundation of the center; from her teaching methods to the meals prepared every morning, afternoon and evening for them. Her immense feeling of responsibility and willingness to educate and cater to the children is very apparent in the way she runs her center; by making use of innovative & creative teaching methods using resources from the immediate environment around her, utilizing simple materials outside the classroom. Yet, despite her best efforts, she is unable to teach to her full potential due to the extreme lack of materials/resources available to the school.

It is without question that Better Tomorrow has given many children an opportunity for pre-school education, yet the lack of money within the school has paralyzed the ability to provide essential educational resources for the children, which is undoubtedly a crucial component for productive learning environment. The school lacks basic resources such as blackboards, desks, teaching material, money for rent, and recreational space which is very small. Hence we are asking for your support and kindness to help us achieve our goal in giving the school the resources they so sorely lack in order to nourish the development and growth of the center.

Here's where the funds are going:

*Blackboards, desks, beds, plates & cups, chairs, teacher desks: approx $800

*Classroom material, stationary, nutritional meals: approx $600

*Improving classroom infrastructure; paint, renovating walls, electrical advancements: approx $700

*renovation recreational space, toys: approx $900

*rent: approx$1500

*increment 10,500 which will be used to get, food, pay staff, getting a land for the center

In total, our aim is $15,000
