Help sustain the life of Emy Delantar

We appeal to your generosity to help sustain the life of our mother, CARMENCITA "Emy" N. DELANTAR, a 67 year old retired government employee,who has been suffering from Stage 5 CHRONIC KIDNEY DISEASE and other debilitating complications affecting her major organs due to diabetes mellitus.

Even while battling with her disease, our mother has painstakingly devoted 37 years to public service. She is known for her integrity, honesty and credibility, having been a government employee for more than 3 decades.

Unfortunately, after retiring from work in 2015, she has since been in-and-out of the hospital (confined in ICU), with only her pension money to rely on which have not been enough to cover her regular maintenance medications, check ups and hospital expenses.

Her worsening condition has impaired her eyesight after having a cardiac episode last December 2015 which caused a severe clot at the back of her eyes. Her mobility is also compromised due to edema and clogged arteries on both legs, hence she has difficulty in walking already.

It was only in July 2017 when she was again rushed to the hospital, and this time had to urgently start on her dialysis treatment.

Given her very complex and delicate condition and in spite of the Philhealth and her Senior Citizen's subsidy, we need to prepare to cover her monthly medical expenses notwithstanding possible hospital confinement and procedure expenses.
