Help support my Heart

My Mother Thelma was suffering from an inborn illness. She was 33 years old when she felt some symptoms of her illness. She has difficulty in breathing and always fainted. We consulted Dr. Combate and find out that she is suffering from heart disease. Her attending physician prescribed her medicines for intake. We continuously give her maintenance medication for 6 years and we are having hard up to financed it due to financial constraints. Sometimes she fails to follow the prescription. The income of my father and I is not enough to suffice the basic needs of the family especially my two brothers are still studying, much more for her medical needs. The condition of my mother became worst. She is easily tired and felt very weak. We went for the check-up last October 20, 2017 and she diagnosed her for having Congenital Heart Disease. Dr. Pagayatan recommends her to undergo for Cardiac 2D echo and possible repair of Congenital Heart Disease as soon as possible.

We are very much worried on her health condition.

Last November 17, 2017 she undergo the Cardiac 2D echo at the Philippine Heart Center. The doctor told us that she need to undergo heart replacement as soon as possible. We need to provide the down payment for her operation. This is the reason why we seek for your helping hands.
