Help Support Michelle’s fight against cancer

Last year, Michelle was diagnosed with stage 3a triple-negative Breast Cancer. She had undergone mastectomy, TAB-HSO ( total abdominal hysterectomy bilateral salphingo ooperectomy) the first line of treatment. After that, she underwent 8 sessions of Chemotherapy and 33 sessions of radiotherapy. All seemed to be doing well, and we were filled with hope that the storm had finally passed. She slowly started going back to her usual activities.

Sadly, last October 2021, She found out that cancer had relapsed and recurred to her lungs. She got the devastating news that she has stage 4 cancer. We decided to face this another battle on her life head on and to do the needful treatment, and take another series of treatments which started with Chemotherapy. She has to undergo 6 cycles of chemotherapy every 21 days. Her chemotherapy costs P86,000 per session, including medicines and the Hospital bill of P16,000 per session. Expenses for the preliminary laboratory tests and monitoring scans required before each session are not included in the said amount above. With the previous ordeal that she went through from the first time she was diagnosed with cancer and with the increasing amount needed to finance her present treatments, it is an understatement to say that their funds quickly depleted.
