Campaign Story
The idea is to buy an urban hotel for the people on the go! I will use the money to buy a hotel around 40-44 rooms.
The total investment of the hotel is 10 000 000 EUR. The aim is not to raise the whole sum at GoGetFunding. Every EUR donated will be used as equity and rest of the money will be borrowed at traditional bank.
