Campaign Story
That's my sister. Her name is Lavinia Martinez. She’s 34 years old and has two kids: an 8 year old son and a 6 year old daughter. She's happily married. Life was good until ...
She has a weak immune system and would always get sick. In May 2021, she started bleeding a lot; her bleeding wouldn’t stop. So they took her to the hospital. The doctor said she has CERVICAL CANCER, Stage 2 B.
In the last month, my sister’s cancer has gotten worse. She always bleeds non stop, and has been going back and forth to the hospital where they stop her bleeding and then send my sister home again. After some hours later, however, my sister bleeds again. The doctor said she needs to undergo chemotherapy. 6 sessions, every 21 days. The cost is 30k pesos per session. So far my sister has survived the first chemotherapy, and now we're waiting for her next session.
We would like to ask for your prayers and help for the series of chemotherapy treatments and medical bills for my sister.
