"All that I am, and hope to be, I owe to my mother."

Probably, one of the most painful feeling is seeing your Mother suffers in pain and there's nothing you can do to stop it.

We may not have known all the sacrifices she made just to put a smile on our faces. Now is our chance to give back the smile that was lost due to her current illness.

We are knocking on your generous hearts, asking for financial assistance for the medical expenses, hospital bills, medications & maintenance of my 75 year old mother.

My 75 year - old mother currently is admitted in the Intensive care Unit of Mary Mediatrix Medical Center. She was diagnosed with heart problem, lung and liver problem. Starting 2013 she's been hospitalized at least twice a year until 2017.

2018 is the biggest challenged for us. Starting July 2018 until November 2018 every month we've been in and out of the hospital. Due to her fragile and critical condition & her old age we are in need of huge amount of money monthly to support her. Every hospitalization we spend around 100k pesos to 200k pesos or more for the hospital bill alone, apart from it we need to sustain her maintenance, medicines, oxygen (which is required 24 hrs a day for her to breath properly.

Last December we brought her to the Philippine heart center and spend Christmas there. My mom stayed there for 10 days and we spent Php150k+ on it. After our struggle with the Heart Center we all thought that her recovery will be continuous, however last January she was brought to the hospital again. Last February she was again rushed to the hospital of a nearby hospital, this time we were advised that she needs to be brought to the Intensive Care Unit. This are all very new to us, ICU means closer monitoring & better equipment but larger bills. We spent another Php250k+ on that 8 days alone.

Last February 28, 2019 we rushed her again to the Emergency room. This is the worst condition she had, due to the critical condition the hospital installed multiple apparatus, tubes and other equipment on her body, she has undergone series of laboratory tests, CT scan etc. She was directly brought to the Intensive Care unit of the hospital that very evening.

The next morning our initial bill arrived with no more than 24 hrs we were all surprise that we billed 84k already. The hospital has a protocol to ask for partial payment every other day. We were asked 35k pesos that very same day so they can continue providing my mom the intensive emdical care she needs. last March 2, 2019 our 2nd bill arrived worth Php146k wherein they required us to pay Php50k on the same day again for the same condition.

As of today March 7, 2019 7am, we are running on an almost 400k hospital bill while my mother is not getting any better.

Our family spent approximately Php 1.7 million pesos for the past b9 months. We have exhausted and drained all our savings. We have maxed our loans. Now we don't even know where to get the money for the hospital bills.

With this together with my family, we are knocking on your generous hearts to help us fund my mom's hospitalization and medical expenses. Any amount will be of great help to sustain her precious life.

P.S: She will be celebrating her 76th birthday on March 19, 2019. her only wish is for her to celebrate it at home with all of us together.
