Campaign Story
Our mom has been in the ICU for more than 3 months in a hospital in the Philippines. She has undergone tracheostomy and surgery for her lungs. She needs to undergo pulmonary rehabilitation to reverse the lung collapse experienced as she became dependent on mechanical ventilation. Let's continue praying for her.
Our mother has been working with two jobs all her life even on Saturdays to provide a better life for us. Everything has been difficult because of the pandemic. Our mom, before admitted to a hospital, was refused by another hospital because she was considered a PUI of Covid-19. She waited on a tent outside only to find out that they can't admit her. So we decided as a family that even in private hospitals, wherever available, we will bring her because she cannot breathe on her own anymore. Her left lung is completely filled with fluid based on the chest x ray and partially her right lung as well. We know that God will provide.
Our family appreciates all the financial help we recieved. Someday we will find a way to return your kindness. Its just that the situation now is so sudden and extraordinary because of the pandemic.
May you continue to support our father in the Philippines, my dad is appreciative of all the prayers you give. God bless you and take care from our family to yours.
