Help save Mary Rose

Mary Rose Comia is a Grade 10 Student of Ilwas Subic High School. She is friendly, active, joyful and a studious pupil of her class. She was a consistent topnotcher and an achiever. Her teachers have seen determination and believed that she has great potential to be a successful individual someday.

As a daughter and a sister, being the youngest amongst her siblings, she's the dearest and most thoughtful. She dreams a lot for her family's welfare and a big help to her mom on household chores.

It is very saddening that a young girl like Mary Rose, at the age of 16 is now under coma and is suffering of hepatic encephalopathy, meningitis hydrocephalus and pulmonary infection. The young girl needs an immediate operation as per her neuro surgeon, the possibility of her going back to her old self depends on how early they can provide for the much needed surgery.

Her family belongs to the Indigent Community. Her parents separated when she was only 6 years old and since then, she and her 3 siblings were raised by their mother alone.

Mary Rose was admitted in James L. Gordon Hospital since the 6th of January 2018. The family is now exhausted with all the medications and expenses. Her eldest sister stopped from work to be able to aid her mother in taking care of Mary Rose in the hospital whilst her two brothers are working as a construction worker. Their relatives and friends are also extending their help to the family but it is still not enough.

The family is now knocking on your good hearts and is asking for any amount that you can give for them to be able to raise at least Php 150K for the initial operation.

Any amount that you can give is valuable and can save Mary Rose' life.
