Help save Marlon

Hy, the reason I am making this founding is Marlon. He is a stray baby dog, 5 months old, i found last week on the street. He was in a very rough shape, he was hit by a car and stood there without food or water for days, he was nearly hanging on, but i found him and took him to the vet and from that moment on he received all the help he needed at a vet clinic. Yesterday the vet could give him a x ray because at first he was to weak to be tranqulized, and found out that he needs 2 surgerys to get trough and ever walk, one at his hip and one at his back leg which i dont know if can be saved. I cannot afford that, the vet bill so far is almost 400 euros and with the surgeryes the bill will at least double. Please help me save Marlon and give him a new life.
